FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How does purchasing a property from your site work?
Simple, if you see a property that you like, you can buy directly from the website. We use a third party Credit Card Processor so your information is 100% secure. If you have any questions you can either send us an email or call us. We take land sales on a first come, first serve basis. When you purchase a property, we’ll require a down payment and a Documentation Fee to secure that property. The balance of the funds will be paid at closing. We’ll answer any of your questions, so you can feel 100% comfortable and confident in your decision.
Are you a real estate agent?
I hold a Georgia Real Estate License and I’m a Georgia REALTOR, however, I buy and sell land in many different states as a principal on my own behalf.
Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?
You are more than welcome to search our website to see if any of our land properties match what you are looking for. If you sign up for our email list, you will be one of the first to know when I get new properties.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
There are no hidden fees. Our price and documentation feee is fully disclosed on the website and purchase agreement and any closing fees are spelled out up front. If we use a Title Company or Closing Attorney to close the transaction, you as the buyer are responsible for title insurance and closing costs.
Why are your properties so cheap?
You’ll find land properties on this site are discounted around 30% to 50%. We have a propriety marketing system that gets in touch with land owners who need to sell their land. Often times they may want to sell, because they need the money, so we can help them out by buying their rural vacant land quickly for cash. We then pass along those savings to you.
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
As I mentioned earlier, I am a licensed REALTOR in the State of Georgia. We can also close via a Closing Attorney or Title Company depending on the state that the property is located in. This is a third party intermediary that handles both the drawing up and recording of the deed as well as your money. We should mention, however, that this will incur additional costs and those costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
